I am a massage therapist licensed in Illinois, and have been a massage therapist for 35 years. My area of practice is full body integrative massage, incorporating elements from Swedish massage, myofascial massage, acupressure, cranial sacral massage, and reflexology.

Integrative massage supports overall relaxation and healing,as well as targeted tension relief on problem areas. Each massage is focused on the client's specific needs for that session.
